As a user I can't transfer money to other users #1041

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive errors on the screen.

Steps to produce: 1- Login to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users
