As user, I can't transfer money to other users. #1043

Monet transfer doesn't work. I receive error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log-in with active user account.
  2. Direct to "my accounts'.
  3. Try to transfer money.

Actual Result: Error message pops up.

expected result: Successful ransfer.
