As a user I can't transfer money to other users #1044

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1-Log in to web portal 2-Direct your accounts 3-Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money. Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users.
