The user is not able to transfer money to another Account #1049

Money transfer doesen't work. The error sceen is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to th the web portal with a valid credentials
  2. Go to the Personal account
  3. Try to trasfer money to another account

Expected Result: The user is able to transfer money Actual Result: The user is not able to transfer money to another Account.
