Money transfer doesn't work, error page appears

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Direct to the webpage
  2. login with an user account
  3. got to accounts tab
  4. Transfer money

Actual result: Error pops-up when trying to transfer money Expected result: User can transfer money successfully

Bug resolved
