As a user I can't transfer money to other users. #1077

money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce 1- Log into web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money.

Actual result: I can't transfer money. Expected result: I can transfer money to other users
