I can not transfer money to other users #1089

Money transfer does not work. I receive an error on the screen.

Step to reproduce: 1.Log in to web portal

  1. Direct your accounts
  2. Try to transfer money

Actual result: I can not transfer money. Expect result: I can transfer money to other users.
