As a user I can't transfer money to other users #1091

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce 1- Log in to web porta 2 - Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money

Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users.
