As a User, I cannot transfer money. #1093

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error o the screen

Step to reproduce:

  1. Login to web portal
  2. Direct to your account
  3. Try to send money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money

Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users
