As a user I can't transfer money to other users. #1094

Money transfer doesn't work . i receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce : 1- Log in to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money. Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users.

i tried to add label but i don' know why i don't have that option in my github do you have any idea how i can fix that?

i have labels is not clickable.
