As a user I can´t tranfer moneu to other users #1095

Money tranfer doesn´t work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce 1- Long in to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can´t transfer money Expected Result: I can transfer money to otlher users.
