As a user I can't transfer money to other users #1112

Money transfer doesn't work, I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1- Log in to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual result: I can't transfer money Expected result: I can transfer money to other users.
