As a user I can't transfer money to other users #1128

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Log in to web portal 2 - Direct your accounts 3 - Try to transfer money

Actual result: I can't transfer money Expected result: I can transfer money to other users.
