USSD Code not working! #688

The USSD code sessions are intermittent.

Tried several times but it's still not going through.

Steps:

  1. Access mobile call pad
  2. Dial *995#
  3. Make sure you have airtime (At least 5 KES)

Actual Results: The USSD Dial is not working. I cannot move to the next step

Expected Results: On dialing the USSD code, it should redirect me to the main menu
