Goal overlay not displaying; error

Have a basic goal overlay for "currentSubscribers". The overlay doesn't display anything. Looking at the Chrome console for the overlay link shows the following error. This error repeats.

SSL is NOT enabled.

Ah, I forgot to add goals this to migration. To workaround just resave your goal in ui.
