Should be viewed as an enhancement rather than a defect

Still a todo. Need to pull CSS caching out to Resource layer, and make caching
mechanism "pluggable" so developers can choose in-memory, on-disk, in-database
or other caching storage and policies.

Deferred for R9, no time to work on this and no suggestions have come from the
user base.

Currently deferred. This would be a good task for one of our users to contribute
to. We should probably do some amount of work to make CSS and image caching more
flexible inside the standard UACs that we include in the library.

Yes, I need to disable CSS caching also because I generate lots of PDF's using
fs with different page sizes and orientations during the runtime. I have
overriden CSS parser to take dynamic settings from other Java app but it works
only for first document, next document takes CSS from cache.
