Handle Beh Harf Jar by Stemmer and Tagger instead of morpholojik dictionary

Handle AL definite article by Stemmer and Tagger instead of morpholojik dictionary

Improve attached pronouns stemming and synthesis

use a generic forms to be attached
generate a good forms from synthesizer
