[x] Check days names with dates (1 ابريل هو يوم جمعة وليس السبت)
[x] Add months on all variants فبراير/فيفري/شباط
[x] Check months last day (avoid 31 April)
[x] Check Feb. last days (28 or 29 Feb)
[x] Add XML rules
[x] Check date parts' order
