Cleaner code + path between dots (not sorted) #1

Lots of lines are marked as modified, but this is due to the indentation change. Functional changes are made on the way the 'Depot' point is added, and on the line width.

Change the instance.php file to a new solution.php one with the solution display Use the solutions in http://people.idsia.ch/~luca/macs-vrptw/solutions/welcome.htm as eamples.
