Add cart Page

The option is available but not the page I will create the whole cart page . Kindly assign this issue to me under hactoberfest, gssoc-ext and relevant tags.

@Bhum-ika Would you like to collaborate on this feature? You can do the frontend part of designing and displaying cart products. I can do the backend work of adding product to database and fetching it in the cart section to display.
