Error decoding data in Xuggler

Hi Art.

I verified the issue - it happens only when I decode media via Xuggler.
When I decode it via FFMPEG (or play via ffplay), no errors are generated.

Attached is a source code demonstrating the decoding process I'm currently
using, and a sample file which you can test it with (as said, it happens
only with some files, as such one here):

One important point to notice, that the file was encoded via FFMPEG (not
via Xuggler). I'm still trying to detect whether the errors generated also
when I decode (via Xuggler) media encoded via Xuggler too.
