failure to handel +tel links #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to site with a phone number
2. Click/tap number

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Go to dialer with number. Instead get a 404

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below
This is the only browser I use because it is that awesome. Can't wait for a ICS 
UI.
