Bins folder missing in release #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract lib
2. Look for "bins" folder or DLL files
3. Look baffled in other older version. :P 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Find "bins" directory.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.0 and 2.5.0. Older versions not checked.

Please provide any additional information below.

Point 1. should be "Extract the downloaded release".

Versions since 0.9.0 contains all native libs in jar file, you don't need to 
manage it manually.
