Fork to Crud Generator

Hi, I really like this generator. Then a create a fork and add my preferences to this:

• Change

  <td>{{ $loop->iteration }}</td>

  to

  <td>{{ $item->id }}</td>

  in src/stubs/views/html/index.blade.stub

• Change

  <table class="table">

  to

  <table class="table table-sm">

  in src/stubs/views/html/index.blade.stub

• Add orderBy() to controller
• Add folder includes in publish/views
• and others
