The error is not a typo in the hyperlink. Based on the sentence mentioning "light bulb" which is only present in the narrow layout of the application, the hyperlink is indeed attempting to reference "narrow layout". The error occurs in the hyperlink bringing the user to a page showing a wide layout. As this is not just a cosmetic issue and it does affect usage, it should not be of severity.VeryLow.
