DG: portability NFR missing #14

For an internship application management application, portability between different devices and OS should be an NFR as the users would likely be using this application across multiple devices. However, it is not mentioned in the DG.

Reason for disagreement: The NFR section mentions that the application should work on any device with Java 11 but it does not touch on data portability. Since users are using this application across multiple devices, they should have no issues with transferring data across the devices.
