Flush cache for backlinked pages #11

Currently, if Page1 links to Page2, which doesn't exist, and you create it, 
Page1 is still cached and displays a broken link. It would be nice to detect 
backlinks and automatically flush their cache. This will let us remove TTL 
from cached pages, good for small wikis.

Any solution would have so many limitation, that I'm thinking of just linking 
to 
pages, without checking if they exist or not. Maybe an AJAX checker could be 
added 
later, but for now, let's just live with one type of internal links.
