Does not work with IE #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Microsoft Internet to visit gaewiki
2. The display is broken
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Can you please provide a screenshot? I don't have neither IE, not a Windows 
machine 
around me, so I can not test this.

This issue was updated by revision e9f128eb2d.

- Fixed validation errors.
- Fixed sidebar in IE 7.

Unfortunately the tabs aren't displayed properly.  Fixing things is slow when 
you only have browsershots.org, but I'm trying.
