It would be useful to blacklist certain page names, restricting them to admins 
only.

This issue was updated by revision 3d4ffbdcd9.

You can now use both black and white lists.

I just sent you an email. It did not work for me as expected probably because I 
am not configuring it the right way. Here is the test case:

I tried the latest code using mercurial. I have uploaded it
to http://www.wikipositions.com but the whitelisting is not working
for me. Here is the test case:

1. Given the below settings:
open-reading: yes
open-editing: yes
page-whitelist: page-whitelist: ^([^/]*/){3}.*

2. Then I would expect the below URL to be available for edition by
any google account holder:
http://www.wikipositions.com/usa/fl/miami/php%20developer%20neeed
