What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Backup "GreaseKit" in ~/Library/Application Support/ and remove from that
location.
2. Install "GreaseKit.bundle" in ~/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins
3. Launch Safari.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "GreaseKit" item in the menubar and for my scripts to be active; it's not
there, and they are
not being accessed.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GreaseKit 1.4, with Safari 3.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.4.11, with SIMBL 0.8.2
Please provide any additional information below.
I upgraded to GreaseKit but kept the old Creammonkey bundle and support folder.
After I
deleted those, since I assumed they weren't being used, the "GreaseKit" menu
went away, and
now I have no way to get it back since old Creammonkey versions aren't
available. And my
understanding is that GreaseKit is supposed to work on my system, and indeed
seemed to be
since there was a "GreaseKit" item in the menubar. I have tried deleting the
old items and then
restarting, and that didn't make a difference.
