@sohutv 搭完后不是普通用户可以应用申请吗，后台通过后应用列表生成了，但是没有redis实例运行，查看日志就象第三条回复的一个空指针报错。 拓朴结构那是空的，没有机器

说明你redis没有启动起来吧？贴一下为什么没有启动成功的日志

管理后台的日志报错就是第三条回复的内容，redis启动是怎么控制的呢是cachecloud后台还是在Init-sh执行完成后就要启动起来
