We have an initial codebase supporting a asynchronous request/reply - pattern, 
see test-method TestSendAndReceiveWithReplyTo() in the test-class 
QueueTests.cs, but we need to complete its implementation (look to 
TODO-comments in the code) and test it more thoroughly.
