Drop support for Mule 3.2.1 due to improved error handling of SOAP Faults in Mule 3.3.0 #259

In Mule 3.2.1 SOAP Faults after calling a failing SOAP service only contained 
an error message like "Invalid status code: 500".
Starting with Mule 3.3.0-RC1 the actual SOAP Fault raised by the service 
producer is now reported back to the Mule flow.

This affects the code-generator in soi-toolkit, see negative-test 
test_fault_invalidInput() for generated soap-request/response services.

Therefore support for Mule 3.2.1 is dropped in this release, use soi-toolkit 
v0.5.0 for Mule 3.2.1.
