Add support of custom WSDL files when creating Service Description Components and also add support for MS .Net WCF #288

Introducing support for custom WSDLs files would imply that the user would be 
able to select an existing file/folder structure, and copy it to the Service 
Description Component. Then let the code generator to reflect the correct 
wsdlOptions in the pom.xml and to enable .NET support.
