Create soi-toolkit version specific mule deploy domains to reduce the size of mule app zip-files #295

More shared jar-files can be removed from a mule app zip-file if we create a 
soi-toolkit version specific mule deploy domain with jar-files common for 
applications that use that soi-toolkit version.
