Add script for deploying Mule-libs to a maven repository manager #313

Mule-EE dependencies needs to be deployed to a corporate maven repo-manager.

The Mule-distro contains a script for creating a local repo but not a remote 
repo-manager.

Suggest we add a script to ease this recurring task.

Perhaps we should make the script platform dependent. Currently, the script is 
generated for the Windows platform.
