Add public getter for the JAXBContext on JaxbUtil #315

In some cases it would be very valuable to be able to get the jaxb-context from 
a JaxbUtil object to do some custom JAXB processing. As of now you have do 
declare a separate JAXBContext duplicating the context-path/classes.
