Provide a default implementation for storing logevents in a SQL-database #334

Storing the logevents in a SQL-database is a common task and we could provide a 
simple - but maybe sufficient - solution out-of-the-box.

For example a table-setup script (as attached) and a simple (and extensible!) 
integration component to write events from JMS-queue into database and send 
alerts for ERROR-levels.

This issue should be paired with a design-cleanup of the logging mekanism as 
described in issue 180.
