Built integration components miss apikit-lib in 2.0.0-M4 - can't be deployed to container #390

There is a missing inclusion for the apikit-dependency in the IC-pom maven-mule-plugin section.

Integration tests and running in Eclipse/MuleStudio/Maven-build works but deploy to a Mule-container fails with error like:

2015-05-27 08:30:52,934 ERROR [WrapperListener_start_runner] org.mule.module.launcher.application.DefaultMuleApplication - null org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'apikit:mapping-exception-strategy'.
