Raised java compile (source and target) level from 1.6 to 1.7 both in soitoolkit parent-pom and the default-parent pom for generated components.

SFTP transport is currently defunct for Mule 3.7.0, some change in the transport since 3.6.1 broke the integration tests we use. Removed SFTP from generator tests for now, follow up in issue #401.
