In the last ExBo (25.04) there was confusion between a document (dump) for all ideas regarding T2.4 and T3.4 - Strategy of data and knowledge and the rolling plan. This needs to be clarified.

Should be in GitHub and a live document.

For me it is not clear what to do. For the moment, there is nothing in github. I understood from the previous discussion that was not necessary. So, this needs to be clarified. Concerning the document where everybody can write in it. Where can this document must be located?
