A data preview of a resource (dataset/knowledge/service/…) will be made available from the source

as a thumbnail/overview-image is available
First records of a dataset (excel, csv, tiff, shape, sqlite)
From an api; ogc:wms, ogc:wfs, sparql, openapi, ...
