The Soilwise project aims to develop an open access knowledge and data repository to safeguard soils. This repo is a placeholder to steer the functional requirements of the system.
The marvic project recently adopted some of the software components of the EJPSoil/Soilwise, https://marvic-catalogue.containers.wur.nl, some of the components were duplicated, as well some of the content (esdac, mensmeu, bonares).
Some feedback from the initial presentation:
[ ] use bounding box to filter by spatial extent
[ ] nested filtering (it is available through sidebar filters)
[ ] improve metadata, so it is usable for more purpuses: how much of that can be automated: which soil properties are in a
[ ] marvic will add farm management metadata, IACS etc integrated from farming systems software
