For a set of DOI's, retrieve full metadata (and harmonize to common model)?

Following repositories can be used to retrieve metadata

DataCite
OpenAire
Crossref
DOI (accept header bibtex)

Each platform provides dedicated information, so potentially we can query each of them:

Openaire acknowledges various sources on which it has found the resource
Crossref adds citation links for each of the citations in an article
Datacite has the most elaborate metadata model

DoD:

[x] For any DOI, either metadata is ingested, or indicated that none of the methods returned sensible info (doi likely not exists)

from 2500 records in cordis, 48 did not exist in OpenAire, they either can be found on crossref or DOI (bibtex) or do not exist
