This process runs at intervals, results are stored in a dedicated table in SoilwiseDB

Loop through records in the catalog and analyse existing keywords

if a keyword originates from a thesaurus, try to match the concept to the prefered soilwise thesaurus by identifier
for other keywords, match the keyword to a skos-preflabel or skos-altlabel in record language in a the prefered soilwise thesaurus

for the multilingual labels, we expect the soilwise vocabulary to have multilingual preflabels, imported from for example agrovoc or inspire registry
