Documentation for SPARQL users #12

We deploy a SPARQL endpoint, but it is not easy for end users to understand the KG structure behind it and to translate that to useful queries. There's a need to provide the KG structure and possibly some example queries as a documentation linked to the SPARQL endpoint.

For now, the logical place to provide it is in the API section of the tech. doc., but other/better ideas are welcome
