Arabic letter wrong glyph #77

Hi, @soimy ! I have an issue, I cant understand. Could you help, please. Letter ڵ looks like

I use NotoSansArabic-Regular from google fonts: msdf-bmfont.cmd --reuse -i .\charset.txt -m 1024,1024 -f json -o NotoSansArabic-Regular.ttf.png -s 42 -r 14 -p 1 -t msdf --rtl NotoSansArabic-Regular.ttf

charset: ڳڵڿ
