Add a server config page infos #29

Put something like a page sys info, where we can access to the python version number and verify that we meet the dependencies. Check the status of the writable folder

Complete and make the page looks like the default page ;) make it user friendly

Much better, what happen when the requirement is not meet ?

for instance the two python version are wrong… but they display in white, not very clear.

It should be clear if the requirement is met or not.
