Add text on over (like you did for "click to toggle") "crop" "download video"

nothing opens in the tab when we click, it is direct crop and direct download

it is a tooltip more than a toggle.

the icons are too close one to another look at the maquette

the icons "crop" and "download" are too close one to another respect the spacing from the png or maquette
