Y wall offsets are at the wrong B coordinate #15

Seems like Y walls, especially the square window in cylinder with window, don't have the right B coordinate

The calculation of the X offset was wrong to say the least, I've fixed it but only in the inset calculation. Infill and outer walls also use this and have to adjusted as well...

Mostly fixed this. Except for the window in the test cylinder stl the B coordinates are nice and cozy
